Climate
The house is already set to recommended temperatures that provide a very good balance of comfort and system performance. Feel free to adjust them to your preference, but we suggest starting with these settings and keeping them whenever they feel comfortable.
Summer · Cooling ❄️
Recommended settings
Ground floor · Mitsubishi
Living room / ground floor · 25 °C
Upstairs · Airzone
Master bedroom · 25 °C
Bedroom 2 · 26 °C
Bedroom 3 · 26 °C
Winter · Heating 🔥
Recommended settings
Ground floor · Mitsubishi
Living room / ground floor · 20 °C
Upstairs · Airzone
Master bedroom · 20 °C
Bedroom 2 · 20 °C
Bedroom 3 · 20 °C
Winter settings are preliminary and will be validated after using the house during colder weather.
Good to know
• Keep exterior doors and windows closed while the air conditioning or heating is running. This helps the house reach and maintain the desired temperature comfortably.
• Avoid making very large changes to the temperature setting. Setting 18 °C instead of 25 °C will not make the house cool down faster; it only asks the system to keep running for longer.
• The suggested temperatures are a good starting point for comfort and correct system performance. Adjust them gradually if you prefer the room slightly cooler or warmer.
• For the best comfort, we recommend leaving the climate system running continuously at your selected temperature rather than switching it on and off frequently. The system is designed to maintain a stable temperature efficiently.
How to use · Ground floor Mitsubishi
Main controls
1. Turn the system on.
2. Select Cooling ❄️ in summer or Heating 🔥 in winter.
3. Set the recommended temperature shown above.
4. Use fan speed Auto unless you need a different setting.
PHOTO / ICONS PENDING
We will add a real photo of the Mitsubishi controller and mark only the buttons guests actually need to use.
How to use · Upstairs Airzone
3 independent bedroom zones
1. Tap the room thermostat.
2. Select the room / zone.
3. Choose Cooling ❄️ in summer or Heating 🔥 in winter.
4. The recommended temperature is already set — simply adjust it if you need to.
PHOTO / ICONS PENDING
We will add a photo of the Airzone thermostat and identify the real symbols used on screen.
If something does not look right
Please contact the Property Manager rather than changing technical or installer settings.
Opening the house to the outdoors
If you plan to keep the large windows or terrace doors wide open for an extended period, please switch off the climate control in that area. When opening the large living-room windows to connect the living area with the garden, switch off the ground-floor air conditioning and keep upstairs bedroom doors closed. Once the windows are closed again, switch the ground-floor system back on at the recommended temperature.
🌬️ Fresh-air ventilation
The house has a Siber continuous fresh-air ventilation system that automatically renews indoor air when the house is closed. No adjustment is required during your stay.

The generous sofa area is designed for relaxing together. If you move any furniture to adapt the space, please return it approximately to its original position afterwards.
🌿 Opening the house to the terrace
The panoramic sliding doors can open the living and dining areas extensively to the terrace. The glass panels are large and heavy, so please guide them gently throughout the movement rather than pushing them or allowing them to slam.
Before lowering the locking handle, make sure the panel has reached its fully closed position. Forcing the handle before the door is completely closed may damage the locking mechanism.
If the doors will remain wide open for an extended period, please switch off the ground-floor climate system until they are closed again.
